FEC Deadlines for 2020
Now that the first quarter of 2020 is complete, the deadline for quarterly reports is only two weeks away. While some deadlines have shifted due to changed primary election dates, the FEC does not have the statutory authority to move deadlines for monthly and quarterly filers. All candidate committees must file their first quarter reports by Wednesday, April 15.
Since there's not much time before the next deadline, we encourage all committees to start preparing their reports now. If you have questions about an upcoming deadline, reach out to the Reports Analysis Division at the FEC. It can take up to three business days for an authorized representative to respond, so please begin preparing your reports early.
