30-day Notice of Renewal of the Crimson Subscription Agreement

This agreement will automatically renew for a term of one year (1) unless either You or We notify the other party no later than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement of their intention not to renew.  We may provide You a revised Schedule of Prices no later than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement which shall be incorporated into and become part of this Agreement upon renewal and shall supplant the Schedule of Prices in effect during the initial term.
