Call Sheet Features
- Generate call sheets from any contact's profile page.
- Email a contact's call sheet from your contact's profile page.
- Select the 1 of 4 different call sheet formats (full, brief, pocket or PAC) that best fits your fundraiser's needs.
- Create and distribute multiple call sheets based on segmentation queries from your database.
How to Use Call Sheets in Crimson:
• Create a single call sheet
To create a call sheet for an individual, simply open up the person's profile page and select the call sheet profile style that best fits your fundraisers' needs.
• Email a call sheet
With the single click of 
, you can send a call sheet from Crimson to any of your fundraisers.
• Create and distribute multiple call sheets based on segments and searches
Sometimes you will want to target a specific group of prospects with fundraising calls. Crimson allows you to generate multiple call sheets based on your custom queries.
- First you go to the Search screen and decide what criteria you'd like to use to segment your list. Segmentation options include personal information, geographic locations, groups, flags, keywords or giving histories.
- Hit
and create your list. - Click on

That's it! Crimson will create a single document that will contain call sheets for all the individuals you identified in your search.
