Innovating Political Campaign Management
Last spring, CMDI released the second generation of the Crimson platform, the first and only cloud-based political management solution for campaigns of all sizes. After nearly a year of testing, I am proud to announce that Crimson v2 is out of beta today. This is a huge milestone for both CMDI and Republicans as we prepare for the big 2016 elections.
What’s New in Crimson v2
Crimson v2 still has the trusted features that you’ve used since the original release in 2008, such as donor tracking and FEC filing, but with Crimson v2, we’ve added features to make campaign management faster and easier:
- Access on any device with our brand new, easy-to-use design
- Track and manage your expenditures
- Build enhanced reports with real-time data
- Add third-party apps offered in the first Republican campaign app store, CrimsonMarket to expand functionality of your Crimson account
- Conduct improved queries with our even more powerful search features
- Import your own voter data to sync with the platform
Centralize ALL Campaign Data
Crimson v2 is designed to eliminate the data silos that exist far too often on the busy campaign trail. It was built to be utilized by every staffer to manage all campaign functions including:
- Fundraising & Donor Management
- Voter Data
- Volunteer Contacts
- Email Marketing
- Direct Mail
Time is the biggest challenge when working on political issues, which is why Crimson v2 features responsive design that can be accessed by tablets and smartphones.
Since the Crimson platform is cloud-based, all updates are saved in real time from whatever device you or your colleagues are using.
Built by Republicans for Republicans
The Crimson v2 platform is the only campaign management software developed by Republicans for Republicans. Since 1980, CMDI has been innovating political technology for PACs, campaigns, and committees.
We’re not just software developers. We’re campaign veterans and used that first-hand experience when designing Crimson v2 to be the foundation to campaign management.
I hope you’ll share this news with your colleagues as Republicans and conservative causes pass another milestone in political technology. I look forward to working with you in this critical year as we prepare for a major election.
