Merge / Purge

Over a 16 month period, CMDI received 1,361 files containing names of nearly 70 million prospective donors for a single client.
After complex suppressions and the merge/purge process, our client mailed 42 million prospects, saving themselves unnecessary postal costs, as well as saving their prospects the hassle of receiving duplicated mailings.
NCOALink (TM) Processing
CMDI offers change-of-address (NCOALink) processing. Our internally developed software processes data against the 0-18 month United States Postal Service (R) Change-of-Address database and returns the original addresses as well as the new addresses.
